Renter understands and agrees to pay the rental fee & any alteration fees in full before rental date. The dress will not be held until rental price is paid in full. There are no refunds, but we will provide store credit.
Renter Understands and agrees that all Alterations need to be approved and completed by the boutique. Any alterations completed without consent of boutique will be treated as damage to the item(s)
Renter understands and agrees that the pick‐up date is the Thursday before your event between 5:00 pm & 8:00 PM
RETURNS, FEES & MISC TERMS
Renter understands and agrees that all item(s) are due back the Monday after your event between 5pm & 7pm or a late fee of $20 per day will be implemented and charged to the credit card on file. The charge will continue until the items are returned. By the 3rd Day, you owe another full rental fee. If you fail to return the dress after 5 days, your credit card will be charged for the full retail price minus already paid rental & late fees. Partial refund will be given if you still return it. If the dress has not been returned after one week, legal action will be taken.
Renter understands and agrees that item(s) will be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the exception of expected slight wear. *remember that a hot iron will ruin delicate fabrics.
Renter understands and agrees that if the item(s) need repair the repairs will be done by The Pink Door Boutique only and the cost of repairs will be charged to Renter. Please disclose any damage upon returning item(s).
Renter understands and agrees that should the damage be so severe that the item(s) cannot be cleaned or repaired to its rent-able condition; the full replacement value will be charge to the credit card provided. Credit card will not be charged until renter is notified of any fees
